We don't stop at placement
Detection before insertion, correction during, verification after — all inside a single cycle.
Laser & Side Light Vision
Laser triangulation detects each lead and corrects the mounting position accordingly, screening for bent or missing leads.
Lead clinching
Leads are bent and locked the moment the part is placed, preventing shift, tilt or drop-out. (Transfers up to 10 kg · option)
Z-Height Measurement
Component height is measured before and after placement to judge mounting quality — with PCB flatness measured and compensated too.
Extra press-in
For parts needing extra press-in, the nozzle pushes after placement: place, first push, second push.
Auto avoidance
Mounting paths avoid parts already placed, preventing collisions and defects — even on boards with tight component spacing.
Cover-removal mounting
Covers or protective caps are removed before mounting: cap pick-up, cap removal, placement.

Production-control link
Production data streams to the server; real-time monitoring enables immediate response to process issues, with full production and defect traceability.
Barcode · OCR
Barcodes and QR codes on PCBs or components are read and sent to the server, with optical character recognition (OCR) inspection built in.
Automatic program changeover
Programs switch automatically by reading the barcode on the PCB. Conveyor width, feeder and nozzle layouts follow automatically, cutting setup downtime.

Lead cutting for vertically reel-fed components. Reel hole pitch 12.7 / 15 mm. S, O and vertical forming developed and proven.
Cutting & Bending
A standard stick feeder extended with FET forming. Cutting and bending values adjust to your spec. Slim 83 mm width.
Endless feed & discharge
Endless feed and discharge by magazine assembly exchange. Handles up to 390 × 290 mm. Re-packing jigs available per tray packing type.

We review your component list, board specs, headcount and cycle time, then assess odd-form mounting feasibility to define what can be automated first.
Line design
Feeding method and nozzle type are fixed per component, and lead forming (cutting/bending) specs defined. Machine count, layout and expected productivity are calculated.
Build · verify
After installation and commissioning, mount and defect rates are verified under production conditions — then supported by 24/7 service.
