Adoption takes three steps

Phase 01

Process audit

We review your component list, board specs, headcount and cycle time, then assess odd-form mounting feasibility to define what can be automated first.

Phase 02

Line design

Feeding method and nozzle type are fixed per component, and lead forming (cutting/bending) specs defined. Machine count, layout and expected productivity are calculated.

Phase 03

Build · verify

After installation and commissioning, mount and defect rates are verified under production conditions — then supported by 24/7 service.
